Karyne (00:00:07) – Hi fantasy readers. This is Karyne Norton, your fellow book binger, and you are listening to the Finding Fantasy Reads podcast where you can test out a new fantasy story every single week to find your next favorite author.
Today, you get two stories for the price of one, which is still free because this is a free podcast. But still, it’s a great deal. One story is about a brave and reckless boy dealing with monsters, and the other is about a brave and reckless girl dealing with dragons. Both stories are written by Elizabeth Klein, who was actually a reader recommendation. She was already on my radar, so when I saw she put out an anthology with short stories, I snatched it up.
Elizabeth grew up in a small village in New South Wales, Australia. She trained as a teacher and taught for almost 30 years. She and her husband now travel in a caravan full-time, and she has over 70 published works. Today’s narrator is Paeter Frandsen, host of Christian Geek Central.
Stick around to the end, or check out today’s show notes to see where you can find more from both the author and the narrator. For now, please enjoy The Monster Catcher by Elizabeth Klein.

Thank you so much, Karyn, for having my two short stories narrated by Peter. I just finished listening to them with my husband and we thought Paeter did a wonderful job.
